Will it auto-renew? I only want a one-time gift.
No. The 6, 9 and 12-month plans are prepaid. You pay once, we ship for the whole term, and then it simply stops, no final invoice, no card charged, nothing to cancel. Not your card, not theirs.
Only the monthly plan renews, and that one is for people buying for themselves. Pause, skip or cancel it anytime.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Order by December 14 for standard delivery, or December 16 with Priority.
Left it later than that? Schedule the surprise email for Christmas morning, or print the gift certificate and put that under the tree, the socks start arriving right after.
Shipping is free, always. Socks go out from Montana by USPS First Class and usually land in about 5 days (Canada can take up to 2 weeks).
Where does a gift ship, do I need the recipient's address?
Up to you. The first box can go straight to your recipient, or to yourselfa lot of people (especially around Christmas) send the first month to themselves so they can gift it in person.
After that, just update the shipping address for the rest of the months, from your manage subscription link or by messaging our support team. It's easy, and there's no need to track down and email us an address.
When do they find out, and how?
You pick the morning. We email them that day with your message, and not a moment before. No spoilers.
Rather hand them something? Print the gift certificate instead and skip the email entirely.
What if I get the size wrong, or they hate a pair?
We keep it to two sizes. Medium fits roughly women’s 4–10 / men’s 4–8. Large fits roughly men’s 8–13 / women’s 10+.
Guessed wrong? Tell us and we’ll sort the next shipment. Not their thing? We’ll send a replacement pair with their next delivery, free. Every plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
What if they already get Foot Cardigan?
Order as normal, then email us. We’ll link the gift to their existing subscription so they keep getting new designs.
